Synchronized swimming for children (single group visit)

It is possible not to buy a training package, but to pay for one-time group training in our swimming school.

The duration of the lesson is up to 120 minutes.

Training consists of training in the hall: up to 60 minutes (general physical training, special physical training, stretching, choreography, acrobatics, mastering the technique of performing exercises on land) and up to 60 minutes in the pool (mastering the technique of swimming, artistic swimming, performing elements, figures, production and development of programs)
